摘  要:目的探索以患者混合血浆作为全自动血凝仪质控物。方法分别收集混合PT、APTT、FIB、TT、D-Ⅱ聚体高、低值患者血浆,评价CA6000仪器检测精密度、携带污染率;重复试验评价患者血浆天内稳定性;与CA6000仪器配套质控物同时检测18天,评价速冻患者血浆天间稳定性,同时建立Westgard质控图以及Z分数质控图,再按Westgard质控规则监测。结果精密度试验发现患者混合血浆PT、APTT、FIB、TT的CV均<4.0%,PT、APTT、FIB、D-Ⅱ的携带污染率分别为2.46%、2.19%、4.8%、1.48%;FIB衍算法与试剂法结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);以Westgard质控规则判断12天患者混合血浆结果均在控。结论速冻患者血浆性质稳定,可作为CA6000全自动血凝仪质控物加以推广。Objective To explore a method of using patient plasma as quality material for CA6000 automatic coagulation analyzer from Sysmex. Methods Plasma samples from the patients were mixed adequately, subjected to PT, APTT, FIB, TT and D - Dimer assay to evaluate precision and carrying contamination rate of CA6000. Repeated assay was carried out to detect the one - day stability of patient plasma per 40 minutes. Meanwhile, the patients plasmat, value high or low, were tested as accompanied with quality control material of manufactory for CA6000 in a serially 18 days to establish, all data were show in the versions of the Z - score chart, and ruled with Westgard rules for the rest 12 days. Results The precision of CA6000 testing was really good, the CV value of PT, APTT, FIB, TT was 〈 4 %, the carrying contamination rate were PT 2.46 %, APTT 2.19 %, FIB 4.8 %, DD - Dimer 1.48 %, except TT 20 %. The stability of the plasma in one day was good; there was no significant difference between the PT- der method and von Klaus method (P 〉0.05) for fibrinogen detection. The consecutive 12- day results of PT, AFIT, FIB, TT and D-Dimer were in control. Conclusion the mixed patient plasma is stable and can be used in internal quality control as control material for automatic coagulation analyzer.
