摘 要:研究绿色农产品供应链成本控制方法,可以为绿色农产品供应链加强成本控制、加快市场反应提供有力的决策依据。与一般产品相比,在订单农业模式下,绿色农产品供应链成本包括直接生产成本、辅助生产成本、交易成本、质量成本和时间成本;这五种成本在供应链上的分布以及各自的影响因素是不同的。基于此,绿色农产品供应链成本控制方法有:降低农产品供应链交易成本,提高交易效率;规范质量抽检和等级评定,减少质量成本;积极利用和开发先进的种植技术,减少时间成本;以供应链专用资产提高供应链长期收益,减少长期运作成本;利用集约化和规模化运作,减少物流成本。Cost control method study is beneficial to strengthening cost management and quick response to market. Different from normal product supply chain, the cost in green agricultural product supply chain under order-form agriculture model includes direct producing cost, indirect producing cost, trading cost, quality cost and time cost. The distribution of these five kinds of cost on the chain and their effects are quite different. The article brings about cost control method in detail: firstly, to shorten trading cost and increase trading efficiency; secondly, to regulate standard quality spot test and evaluation to reduce quality cost; thirdly, to develop and use advanced planting technology to reduce time cost; fourthly, to increase the long-term income with supply chain special asset to cut long-term operation cost; at last, to use integrated operation methods to reduce logistics cost.
