摘　　要：目的调查分析出国劳务人员传染病防治知识的知晓情况,发现存在问题及薄弱环节,为制订有针对性的健康教育干预策略提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法从泰州地区30家劳务输出公司抽取共1218名出国劳务人员,采用自填式调查问卷调查其一般情况及对传染病预防知识的知晓情况。结果泰州地区出国劳务人员平均年龄35.86岁,文化水平以初中为主(72.1%);对艾滋病、鼠疫、霍乱、登革热、疟疾、乙型脑炎、结核病、乙型肝炎知识的综合知晓率为29.5%～62.7%,登革热最低,艾滋病最高,平均知晓率为51.6%。结论该人群文化水平低,对各种传染病防治知识的知晓率普遍偏低,缺乏出国务工必需的自我保健能力;预防知识掌握情况与宣传力度相对保持一致,因此在该人群开展有针对性的、通俗易懂健康教育对减少相关传染病的传入具有重要意义。Objective Investigate and analyze the awareness of knowledge about infectious diseases prevention among immigrant labors. Identify existing problems and weakness. Help establishing modified health-educational intervention strategy.Methods Drop a sample of 1218 immigrant labors from 30 labor service companies at Taizhou through cluster sampling. Conduct survey of general information and awareness of infectious diseases prevention and cure with self-filling questionnaire.Results The average age of immigrant labors at Taizhou is 35.86 years, with an average education of junior school （72.1%）; The general awareness of infectious knowledge for AIDS, plaque, cholera, dengue fever, malaria, Japanese encephalitis, and tuberculosis is between 29.5% and 62.7%, with dengue fever is being the lowest and AIDS the highest; The average knowing-rate is 51.6%.Conclusion The target population has a lower level of education and relatively low awareness of knowledge about infectious diseases prevention and cure, indicating a lack of necessary self-health protection for abroad occupations. The awareness of knowledge and the publicity had a statistically significant relationship. It will be of great significance for reducing related infectious diseases to conduct health education to this population.
