摘　　要：自然法从产生到发展,经历了许多挫折。特别是古典自然法的衰落,取而代之的哲理法学派、历史法学派、分析实证主义法学等资产阶级法学流派对其进行了猛烈的批评。但社会法学派的代表庞德却作出了自己独特的判断,为自然法学的复兴开辟了另一种途径。在这种情况下,庞德的批判对自然法思想是一种拯救。The Natural law has experienced many frustrations in its development. Especially with the comedown of the classical natural law, the philosophy law, the history law andthe law of substantial evidence rose quickly, which, as capitalist class laws violently attacked the natural law. But as an outstanding representative of the social law, Pound made a special judgment and developed anothe.r path for its rejuvenation. In this sense, the judgment of Pound is a rescue for the natural law.
