卡介菌多糖核酸联合鬼臼根树脂溶液治疗尖锐湿疣264例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合鬼臼根树脂溶液治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法：鬼臼根树脂溶液涂于疣体处，肌注卡介菌多糖核酸注射液，每次1ml，隔日1次，18次为一个疗程。结果：治疗组有效率98．78％，对照组有效率为95．00％，治疗结束后（或伤口愈合后）随访3个月，治疗组复发率10．3％，对照组复发率27．0％。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合鬼臼根树脂溶液治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好，复发率低，不良反应小，患者易于接受，是治疗尖锐湿疣的可选方法。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of BCG polysaecharide and nucleic acid injection and podophyllum resin on eondyloma acuminatum. Methods： Podophyllurn resin was applied on the warts, then inject BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection 1 ml/qod for 18 times. Re- sults： The effective rate of the treatment groups was 98.78 % and the eontrul groups was 95.00%. Conclusion： Podophyllum resin and polyeytidylie acid has certain therapeutic effect on eondyloma acuminatum and lower recurrene rate . It has none adverse reaction the patient can accept.
