摘　　要：给出平面与二次锥面相交成实直线及交线相互垂直的两个定理,详细证明平面与二次锥面相交成实直线的充要条件,从定理中得出相关推论,并举例说明这两个定理的应用。This paper states two theorems and illustrates their application ： the crossing of plane and quadratic cone produces real lines and the crossing real lines are vertical. It also proves the necessary and sufficient conditions of real lines produced by the crossing of plane and quadratic cone in detail, and draws relative inferences from the theorems.
