摘 要:目的探讨LBP液基细胞学薄层沉降技术在痰细胞学检查中的应用及肿瘤诊断价值。方法病人从肺部深处用力咳出晨痰至LBP细胞保存基液专用采样瓶内,加2~5ml1,4-二硫代苏糖醇化痰液,置振荡器上振荡20~30min,低速离心机上离心5~10min,沉渣用缓冲液稀释后入染色舱。结果全部105例标本均与传统涂片方法对比,LBP液基细胞学沉降法阳性率24.7%,传统涂片方法阳性率14.3%,LBP液基细胞学薄层沉降法较传统涂片法高出10.4%。结论LBP液基细胞学沉降法在痰液中的应用操作简便、成本低、制片非常清晰。对恶性肿瘤的检出率高。Objective This study evaluated the application of sedimentary LBP Liquid based cell preparation in detecting neoplastic ceils in sputum. Methods The sputum samples were taken from patient coughing with strength immediately after morning waking up and were preserved in a mixture provided by the manufactory. Each sample was oscillated for 20 rain to 30 min after adding 2~5 ml 1,4 - DTT. Then the samples were centrifuged for 5 min to 10 min. after adding the diluted buffer, the samples were placed in the stain chamber of the LBP machine. Results One hundred and five cases were recruited in this study. With LBP preparation, the positive rate of detec- ting malignances was 24. 7% against 14.3% of traditional smear preparation. Conclusion Sedimentary LBP cytolo- gy preparation is a convenient, inexpensive technology. It improves the possibility to find petentiaUy malignant cells with its clear prepared slides.
