摘 要:在CAD中反求三维模型的设计理念,是针对零件的截面形状相同、并且外形轮廓较复杂的特点,采用扫描或照相的手段获得零件的截面图形,通过MATLAB软件对图像进行处理,生成二值图,并得出轮廓线各点的坐标,再结合AutoCAD将各点用非均匀有理B样条曲线拟合。将绘制的轮廓线用Region命令定义为面域,然后将该面域用Soldedit命令进行拉伸,即得到三维实体模型。进行布尔运算,将外轮廓实体减掉全部内轮廓实体,完成零件三维模型的反求。CAD reverse in three-dimensional model of the design concept is the same as parts of the cross-section shape, and form the outline of the characteristics of more complex, using scanner or camera parts obtained by means of graphical cross-section through the MATLAB image processing software to generate binary map and contour lines to draw the coordinates of the points, and then the points will be combined with AutoCAD using non-uniform rational B-spline curve fitting.Contour lines will be drawn by Region surface domain is defined as a command, and then used the cotton field stretching Soldedit order, that is to be 3D solid model.
