摘　　要：通过对Z形支承板结构和冲压工艺的分析,介绍了模具结构和重要模具零部件的设计要点,解决了Z形弯曲件上下平行度和左右偏移的问题,对类似冲压零件的模具设计具有一定参考价值。By analyzing configuration and stamping process of Z-shaped support plate, the thesis that has some reference value for similar parts stamping die design introduces mold constructions and design points of important mold parts, solves the problem which is upper and lower parallelism and excursion of Z-shaped bending piece.
