整合长三角港口资源 加快推进上海国际航运中心建设

摘　　要：加快建成以上海为中心、以江苏和浙江为两翼的上海国际航运中心有利于提升中国在全球航运体系中的地位。当前,长三角港口吞吐量增幅放缓,交通一体化加剧港口间的竞争,长三角港口合作难度日益加大。应从长三角整体利益出发,整合长三角港口资源,打造一体化的集疏运网络体系和现代航运服务体系。The establishment of Shanghai International Shipping Center will definitely promote Chinese shipping in the global shipping network. Recently, the freight handing capacity has shown signs of slowdown, and the transport integration has flamed the more fierce competition among ports. Therefore, with the consideration of the integral interest of the Delta,it is necessary to integrate the port resources in the Delta and establish an integrated network of transferring and transporting and a modern service system for shipping.
