摘　　要：中共十一届三中全会前后,陈云的国家市场经济思想中关于要深入研究资本主义为我所用,要重新思考计划经济中市场配置方式的地位,高度重视市场经济中宏观调控的作用等问题的阐述,在国际经济危机和经济全球化的形势下,对我国的社会主义现代化建设具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。Around the third session of the 1 lth national congress of the CPC, Chenyun put forward the thought of market economy directed by the state, which contained such views as making use of capitalism, rethinking the way of market allocation in planned economy, highly paying attention to the function of macroeconomic regulation and control. These views are of great importance to Chinese socialism building under the background of the international economic crisis and economic globalization.
