摘 要:目的探讨胆固醇7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase,CYP7A1)基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系。方法用PCR-RFLP方法分析7α-羟化酶A-204C多态性。结果A-204C多态性基因型频率、等位基因A、C频率在组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但基因型为CC的AD患者,其TC和LDL-C水平显著高于基因型为AC的AD患者(P<0.05)。结论7α-羟化酶A-204C多态性与AD无相关性(P>0.05),但患者组CC基因型与TC、LDL-C水平密切相关(P<0.01)。Objective To study the association of cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase (CYP7A1) gene polymorphism with Alzheimer' s disease(AD) .Methods cholesterol 7a-hydroxylase genotyping was performed using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment polymorphism. Results There was no significant difference in frequencies of allele and genotype in A-204C polymorphism between AD group and control group( P 〉 0.05). However, the levels of TC and LDL-C in AD patients with CC genotype was higher than that in AD patients with AC genotype( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion No direct association was found between the A-204C polymoiphism and AD,but there is a significant correlation between the CC genotype of the cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase gene and the levels of TC and LDL-C in AD group.
