摘  要:目的探讨一氧化氮(N0)在流行性出血热患者血清中的含量水平,以及N0/BUN比值变化与Cr的关系。方法采用硝酸还原酶法,用贝克曼CX4全自动生化分析仪检测NO浓度和BUN、Cr含量。结果与正常对照组(9.69±2.9μmol/L)比较,流行性出血热患者血清N0浓度在发病过程中均有所增高,在低血压休克期(15.88±3.78)μmol/L和少尿期(18.26±6.39)μmol/L增高最显著(P<0.01),在少尿期NO/BUN比值变化迅速,与血清Cr浓度呈负相关。结论结果表明N0参与了流行性出血热病人整个炎症感染反应期的发生、发展病理过程,N0/BUN比值和Cr对照起来分析有较高的诊断价值,在反映流行性出血热患者肾脏受损程度及预后也是一个较灵敏的指标。Objective To study serum content of nitric oxide (NO) in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever and the relation between NO/BUN and Cr. Methods Using BECKMAN CX4 automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the NO concentration and BUN, Cr content by the means of nitric reductases. Results Serum content of NO increased in all the patients with epidemic hemorr hagic fever compared with normal control group (NO: 9.69±2.9)/μmol/L, and most prominently in shock period ( 15.88±3.78)μmol/Land oliguria period ( 18.26±6.39)/μmaol/L ( P 〈 0.01) .Ratio of NO/BUN changed rapidly in oliguria period and was observed as negative correlation tom-pared with serum concentration of Cr. Concluison The results indicated that NO participated in the pathological procedures in the whole course of inflammation and infection in the patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. It' s more valuable for diagnosis to compare the ratio of NO/BUN and Cr content,it is also a sensitive index to evaluate the degree of renal impair and prognosis in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
