摘 要:论述了一种适用于玉米青饲料收获的甩刀式切抛器,对这种切抛器的设计原理和工作过程进行了分析。通过对工作参数的田间试验与分析,提出了影响甩刀式切抛器切碎质量的主要因素。作为新型的玉米青饲料收割及切碎装置,已被应用在9QS-1型玉米青饲料收获机上。A new type of flailthrow cuts that can be applied to corn greenfeed harvesting was expounded,the design principle and the working process on this cuts was analyzed in detail. The structure of this cuts is “right angle and blade” combined shovel model and there are two sword blades. This flailthrow cuts is not only the cuting up set, but also the casting vanes. It realized the working principle of cuting, shattering and throwtransporting to corn straws. According to the field experiments and analysis on working parameters,the main influence factors of the working quality of the flailthrow cuts were demonstrated. As a new type of cut and knife set, it was applied on the corn greenfeed harvester model 9QS1.
