单点供料带式摩擦分选大豆的试验研究

摘　　要：依据大豆的摩擦特性和带式分选的基本工作原理，对分选大豆时的机理进行了分析，提出采用单点供料方式可以提高分选质量，简化供料装置结构。通过试验获得单点供料带式摩擦分选装置适宜的参数组合。オhis paper analyzed the principle of soybean beltsorting on the basis of soybean's frictional property and the fundamental operating principle of beltsorting. It put forward that singlepoint feed can improve sorting quality, simplify the feed mechanism. It has determined the proper parameters of the belt frictional sorting machine with singlepoint feed by experiments.
