急诊腔镜下治疗尿道损伤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱镜下置导尿管治疗急性尿道损伤的疗效。方法18例尿道损伤的患者采用膀胱镜下留置尿管进行治疗,2周后拔除导尿管。结果17例膀胱镜下留置尿管手术一次性成功,手术时间短,术后全部活动性出血停止,3例渗血持续2周以上,尿管拔除后全部排尿通畅,18例术后获随访3个月至1年,无性功能障碍,2例尿道狭窄需行尿道扩张。结论膀胱镜下留置尿管治疗尿道损伤的治疗方法创伤小,疗效好。Objective To study the efficacy of inserting the catheter with cystoscope for acute urethral injury. Methods The 18 cases of patients were treated by inserting the catheter with cystoscope, the catheters were removed 2-4 weeks later. Results 17 of the patients were successfully inserted the catheter and the operation time was short, all of the active hemorrhage were ceased after the operation and only 3 presented the trival haemorrhage for 2 weeks over, all were fluent urination after the removal of catheter. All of the 18 patients were potent and only 2 need dilation by stricture during half to one year follow up. Conclusion Cystoscopic realignment of acute urethral injury is mini invasive and effective.
