摘　　要：目的探讨钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的手术效果及术后并发症的预防。方法对36例（36足）跟骨关节内骨折采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗。结果所有患者术后获6-18个月（平均12个月）随访。按Maryland足部评分标准评定：优26例，良8例，可2例，优良率94．4％。结论钢板内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的良好的方法．经充分的术前准备、术中及术后处理可减少并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the application of the treatment of the intraarticular calcaneal fractures by plate, and prevention of postoperative complications. Methods Between October 2005 and October 2007, 36 feet in 36 patients of intraarticular calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and plate internal fixation. Results All cases were follwed up for 6 to 16 months （average 12 months） after treatment. According to the Maryland foot score standard, excellent results were noted in 26 sides, good in 8 sides, fair in 2 sides. The total excellent and good rate was 94.4%. Conclusion Plate internal fixation is one of the best ways for treatment of calcaneal fracturse, and under the condition of prefect preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative treating can decrease the complications.
