远近组织联合再造尿道治疗复杂尿道下裂效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索复杂尿道下裂修复方法。方法2005年2月至2009年4月对36例复杂尿道下裂分别采用游离口腔粘膜、游离膀胱粘膜、游离阴股沟中厚皮片、口腔粘膜联合局部皮瓣、膀胱粘膜联合局部皮瓣、阴股沟中厚皮片联合局部皮瓣、再造尿道6种方法修复各种复杂尿道下裂。结果随访3—36个月，除3例尿漏外，无1例发生尿道狭窄或憩室，其余病例阴茎外形良好，排尿正常，供区无明显畸形。结论对复杂尿道下裂应综合利用现有材料，应用远位组织和邻近皮瓣结合的方法修复成功率高．值得推广。Objective To explore the complex methods of hypospadias repair. Methods From Feb 2005 to Apr 2009 36 cases of complex hypospadias using free oral mucosa, bladder mucosa free, free in the pudendal-thigh graft, local flap combined oral mucosa, bladder mucosa flap joint local, pudendal-thigh joint in partial thickness skin flap, six kinds of recycling methods urethral repair complex hypospadias. Results The follow-up of 3-36 months, with the exception of three cases of urinary leakage, the occurrence of none cases of urethral stricture or diverticulum, and the remaining cases of the penis in good shape, normal voiding for the district had no significant deformity.Conclusion The complex hypospadias should be comprehensive utilization of the existing materials, the application of far places and adjacent skin repair combination of a high success rate and worth promoting.
