摘 要:作物转基因育种是基于DNA体外重组、遗传转化等生物技术的一项现代分子育种技术。它可打破遗传物质分类上门、纲、目、科属的界限,实现基因的界间转移,从而大大拓宽作物遗传改良可资利用的基因源,为农作物品种改良开辟了崭新的途径。转基因作物的育成和大面积应用,将极大地推进农业生产的发展,因此,作物转基因育种将是农业新技术革命中的核心技术。在美国、加拿大等国,抗虫、耐除草剂转基因玉米、棉花、大豆、油菜等的育成和推广,已对农业生产产生了一定的影响。为此,作者分析了我国作物转基因育种的现状和存在的问题,提出了发展我国转基因育种工作的若干建议。Transgenic crop breeding is a modern molecular breeding technique based on biotechnologies such as in vitro DNA recombination,genetic transformation and so on.It can break the natural barriers of gene exchange among organisms in different kindom,phyrum,class,order,family and genus,greatly enlarges the gene pool available for crop breeding,and opens a brand way for crop improvement.Development and wide application of transgenic crops will definitely push agriculture advancement.Transgenic crop breeding will be the core factor leading to the New Agricultural Technology Revolution.Development and commercial use of insectresistant,herbicidetolerant transgenic maize,cotton,rapeseed,soybean already showed the potential dramatic impact of transgenic technology on agricultural production as USA,Canada and other countries.After review of the current status of transgenic breeding in our country,several recommendations are put forwatd for crop transgenic breeding development in China.
