摘  要:探讨软骨多糖对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)新生血管生成的影响。碱提—酶解法从猪软骨中分离提取软骨多糖,通过CAM模型,检测软骨多糖对CAM新生血管生成的影响。结果表明,与生理盐水对照组相比,用药组局部血管受到明显破坏,密度减少。软骨多糖高剂量组(5mg/mL)和低剂组(1mg/mL)相关性地减少CAM局部的血管数,抑制率分别达到64%和47%。软骨多糖对CAM血管生成有显著的抑制作用。The effect of cartilage polysaccharide on chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) was studied in this paper. Cartilage Polysaccharide was extracted from cartilage of porcine by alkaline-enzymatic hydrolysis. The inhibition effect of cartilage polysaccharide on the chorioallantoic vessel was detected using the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane model. Results showed that, compared with physiological saline group, the vessels in cartilage polysaccharide-treated groups were obviously damaged. Both high dosage (5.0mg/mL) and low dosage (1.0mg/ml) of cartilage polysaccharide decreased the density of local blood vessels of CAM, with inhibitory rate of 64% and 47%, respectively. So cartilage polysaccharide can significantly inhibit angiogenesis of chick CAM.
