摘 要:以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,配合防锈颜填料及以空心玻璃微珠为隔热填料,制备出了集防腐、隔热于一体的单组分水性防腐隔热漆。采用电化学阻抗测试技术及3%NaCl浸泡实验,确定涂料最佳颜基比为1.0。常规性能测试和隔热能力测试表明,玻璃微珠用量为8%(质量分数)时,涂层综合性能最优:附着力1级,柔韧性1mm,抗冲击强度50kg·cm;与不含微珠的底漆相比,温度低约6.8℃。Using waterborne acrylic resin as main film-forming material and hollow glass microbeads as heat- insulating filler, a waterborne monocomponent anticorrosive and heat-insulating paint was prepared by adding anti-corrosive pigments. The optimal pigment-to-binder (P/B) ratio of the paint was 1.0 based on the results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and immersion experiment in 3% NaCl solution. The results of routine property and heat-insulating testing showed that the paint obtained with 8% (mass fraction) hollow glass microbeads has the optimal comprehensive performance as follows: adhesion 1 grade, flexibility 1 mm, impact strength 50 kg.cm. The temperature of the heat-insulating paint is 6.8 ℃ lower than that of the primer without microbeads.
