摘　　要：目的通过对锁骨下静脉留置管拔管后穿刺口按压时间与并发症发生率的研究,找出最佳的按压时间,为临床工作提出理论依据。方法对155例锁骨下静脉留置管拔管后以不同时间按压穿刺口情况和并发症进行观察,并对该结果进行统计学分析。结果拔管后按压4～5min较合适。结论锁骨下静脉留置管拔管后按压时间的确定,克服了过去按压穿刺口时间长短随意性较大而出现各种并发症的缺陷。Objetive Through the research of subclavian vein pinning time after unsheathed and search the optimal time, to give the theoretical basis for clinical treatment and furthermore to save us much time. Methods 155 cases with subclavian vein pinning time after unsheathed and their complications will be observed as well as the data will be analyzed in application of statistics. Results Four minutes is a suitable time to pin the subcavian vein after unsheathed. Conclusion This method can overcome the weaknesses of complication caused by randomly pinning the subclavian vein after unsheathed. The scientific method is worth spreading.
