针织面料与黏合衬配伍关系的研究

摘　　要：对常见针织面料与黏合衬进行黏合试验,采用不同工艺参数,测试同一黏合衬与不同针织面料黏合后的剥离强度,以及黏合后复合物的热缩率、水洗缩率和水洗后剥离强度变化率,介绍了试验的方法和步骤,并对结果进行分析,最后得出各针织面料与某黏合衬黏合时的最佳压烫工艺。This paper makes a series of adhesive bonding experiments on the common knitted fabrics and fusible interlinings,and under the conditions of different technological parameters,measures the peeling strength between the same fusible interlining and different knitted fabrics.In addition,this paper tests the thermal shrinkage,the washing shrinkage and the peeling strength after washing of the bonded material,introduces the experimental methodology and steps,and analyzes the experimental results,from which the optimized fusing press technology is obtained for the combinations of the same fusible interlining and different knitted fabrics.
