摘　　要：文章对高层建筑混凝土地下室墙产生裂缝的原臣进行了分析，介绍了在建筑工程施工中常见的几种防水处理方法，并通过工程实例提出化学灌浆防渗堵漏的措施。The article analyzes the reasons why the concrete basement walls of high-rise buildings are easy to have cracks, and introduces the several waterproofing methods applied to construction engineering. Through the engineering examples, it proposes some countermesures to prevent leakages of chemical grouting methods.
