摘　　要：文章依据JJG 133—2005《汽车油罐车容量检定规程》要求,设计了一套汽车油罐车容量自动检定装置。该装置集成了容量比较法和流量计法两种汽车油罐车容量检定方法,应用PLC和LabVIEW构成测控系统,实现了检定过程自动控制,完成了现场数据自动采集、上位机数据自动处理、检定报表自动生成等功能,降低了检定过程的劳动强度,提高了汽车油罐车容量检定效率。Based on JJG 133--2005 Oil Tank Car Capacity Verification Regulation, an automatic verification facility for oil tank car capacity was designed. In the facility, capacity, comparison method and flowmeter method were integrated. PLC and LabVIEW were applied to measurement and control system. Automatic control of verification process, automatic collection of field data, auto- matic processing of data and automatic generation of verification report were achieved. Therefore, labour intensity of verification process was reduccd, and verification efficiency of oil tank ear capacity was enhanced.
