摘　　要：本文介绍初轧150 t退火炉检测控制系统组成以及控制方式,退火炉分别具有微机控制、智能仪表控制、手动控制功能,其炉温控制采用模糊PID开关控制方式,投运后,各参数控制准确、可靠,使退火质量得到了保证。Composition and control mode of detection and control system for 150t car type annealing furnace in blooming mill are introduced. Control modes of annealing furnace include microcomputer control, intelligent nistrument control and manual control. Fuzzy PID on - off control was adopted to control furnace temperature. After the system was put into operation, all contral parameters are accurate and reliable, and annealing quality can be ensured.
