摘　　要：文章通过对建筑物围护结构的耗热量计算进行分析和对我国建筑的热工环境和建筑节能现状进行阐述。得出了建筑物围护结构节能的分析结论，并由此提出了建筑物维护结构节能主要措施。The article analyzes the calculation of the heat consumption of building enclosure structure and explains the thermal engineering environment in China and the status quo of the building envelope. So, it obtains the analysis conclusion on the building enclosure structure and then proposes the main measures for the energy savings of the building enclosure structure.
