云锡矿工肺癌及其他地区肺癌窖蛋白-1表达变化

摘　　要：目的探讨窖蛋白-1(caveolin-1)在正常肺组织、云锡矿工肺癌及其他地区肺癌中的表达及其作用,并对云锡矿工肺癌及其他地区肺癌中的caveolin-1表达进行比较研究。方法收集正常肺组织15例、云锡矿工肺癌组织40例及其他地区肺癌组织40例,采用免疫组化方法检测caveolin-1表达。结果15例正常肺组织中支气管上皮细胞caveolin-1表达均呈阴性;caveolin-1在云锡肺癌组织中及其他地区肺癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为65.0%、57.5%,2组肺癌中caveolin-1表达与正常肺组织中caveolin-1表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且caveolin-1在云锡矿工肺癌中的表达高于其他地区肺癌。结论①caveolin-1在正常肺组织的支气管上皮细胞中呈阴性表达,而在肺癌组织中呈阳性表达,提示caveolin-1可能是一个癌基因;②caveolin-1在云锡矿工肺癌中的表达强度高于其他地区肺癌,其机制仍需进一步研究。Objective To detect the protein expressions of caveolin-1 in normal lung tissues,lung cancer of tin miners in Yuunan and other areas, and to investigate whether there are different expressions of eaveolin-1 in lung cancer tin miners between Yunnan and other areas. Methods Lung tissues from 15 normal persons,40 lung cancers of Yunnan tin miners and 40 lung cancers of other areas were obtained. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of caveolin-1. Results The positive percentages of caveolin-1 in lung cancer tissues of Yuunan tin miners and other areas were 65.0% and 57.5% respectively, showing significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The expression of eaveolin-1 in lung cancer of Yunnan tin miner was higher than that of other areas. Conclusion ①The expressions of caveolin-1 were negative in bronchial epithelial cells, but positive in lung cancers,indicating that eaveolin-1 could be an oncegene; ②The expression of caveolin-1 in lung cancer of Yunan tin miner was much stronger than that in other areas. The biological mechanisms is to be further clarified.
