摘　　要：目的了解健康人周围全血线粒体DNA(mtDNA)4977bp缺失(ΔmtDNA4977)情况。方法采集60名年龄20～80岁的健康人周围血,用实时定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测ΔmtDNA4977和总mtDNA(mtDNAtotal)的量并进行分析。结果在60名健康人周围血样品中,ΔmtDNA4977的检出率为45%(27/60),ΔmtDNA4977率在0%～3.076×10-5%,年龄和性别不影响ΔmtDNA4977水平(P>0.05)。结论在健康人周围血中,ΔmtDNA4977水平较低,且未显示出年龄依赖性累积现象。Objective To investigate the level of mtDNA 4 977 bp deletion （ △mtDNA^4977 ） in peripheral whole-blood of healthy adult. Methods The △mtDNA^4977 and mtDNA^total in blood samples from 60 healthy adults,whoses age ranged from 20 to 80,were detected with real-time PCR assay. Results △mtDNA^4977 was found in 27 samples,with its positive rate being 45% （27/60）. The △mtDNA^4977 rate was between 0 and 3. 076 × 10^ -5 %, and it was not affected by age and gender （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The △mtDNA^4977 rate was low in peripheral whole-blood of healthy adult, and the data show that the deletion would not accumulate age-dependently.
