摘　　要：目的探讨正己烷作业工人心理健康状况及其影响因素,并提出相应对策。方法采用自行设计的基本情况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对82名正己烷作业工人进行心理健康状况测试;运用相关分析和逐步回归分析,筛选出影响正己烷作业工人心理健康的因素。结果接触组的总分、阳性症状得分和躯体化、抑郁、焦虑等因子得分高于对照组(P<0.05);在进行单因素和多因素分析发现,工龄、工作安全、接触正己烷、工作时间、医疗保障、经济收入、心态等因素对作业工人的心理健康产生明显的影响(P<0.05)。结论接触正己烷印刷厂工人心理健康状况不佳,为确保劳动者的身心健康,除减少工作环境有害因素外,还需要厂方、社会共同给予心理支持,包括开展心理咨询、双方沟通、有益的体育娱乐活动等。Objective To study the mental health and its influencing factors in the workers exposed to n-hexane. Methods 82 workers exposed to n-hexane were tested by the self-designed basic status questionnaire and SCL-90. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to screen the factors affecting the mental health of workers exposed to n-hexane. Resuits The scores of the exposed group were much higher than those of the control group. The mental health of the workers was significantly influenced by the factors of work-age, safety of work-environment, n-hexane exposure, work-time, medical guarantee, income,mentality. Conclusion The mental health status was dissatisfactory in the workers exposed to n-hexane. To ensure the mental health of the workers, what we do is not only to reduce the harmful factors in the work-environment, but also to offer psychological supports, including psychological consultation, closer communication, more social activities, etc.
