摘　　要：北京铁路局对货运保价工作提出"以动态分析替代静态分析"的要求,通过建立动态分析体系,运用日报告制度对全铁路局发生的各类情况进行分类细化,并对存在的问题及时采取措施纠正。通过动态分析确保货运保价不断创收,货物运输安全不断提高,为公安部门打击货盗提供准确线索,并为各级领导营销决策和制定管理措施提供依据。Beijing railway administration puts forward the 'substitute dynamic analysis for static analysis' on freight value-insured work,classifies the statuses in the whole railway administration by daily report system through establishing dynamic analysis system,and corrects the problems in time.Through dynamic analysis,the freight value-insured transportation revenue and transport safety are both increased,which could provide exact clue to police to deal with the crimes,as well as basis to each level leaders for marketing decision-making and forming management measures.
