卫青萝卜病毒病生态防治技术研究

摘　　要：经生物学、血清学测定,引起天津市卫青萝卜病毒病的毒源主要为TuMV,占67％。菜缢管蚜偏嗜十字花科蔬菜,是传播TuMV的主要介体,其寿命、繁殖力和迁飞受环境因素影响。病毒病的生态防治技术重点是控制蚜虫为害,方法为:地周种植韭菜、玉米隔离带;设银灰塑料条屏障,避开蚜虫迁飞高峰,适期(8月12日)播种;蚜虫传播期喷洒50％病毒1号油乳剂250倍。The main causal agent of virus diseases of Weiqing radish (Raphanus sativus L. cultivar) was identified through biological and serum tests. The incidence of TuMV was 67%. The life span and the reproductive capacity of the aphids that favoured cru-ciferae vegetables were influenced by environment. The main measure to control the virus disease of radish was to control aphids. The main techniques includes cropping Chinese chives or maize zone around the radish fields; setting up plastic net with silver-lustre towards southeast; sowing at a proper period, i. e. , on august 12, to avoid the migration of aphids; applying Anti-Virus No. 1, 50%EC, at the period of virus transmission.
