摘 要:用4个对光照敏感性不同的番茄品系,按Griffing双列杂交法,对保护地番茄在遮光和正常条件下的单株产量进行了配合力及遗传效应分析。结果表明,无共同亲本组合单株产量在正常光照区和弱光区特殊配合力(SCA)均存在极显著差异,少数有共同亲本组合在弱光区存在显著差异。保护地正常光照区和弱光区单株产量狭义遗传力分别为76.49%和76.93%,广义遗传力分别为76.49%和53.82%。Combining ability and genetic effect of tomato single plant yield under shading and normal conditions in protected field were analyzed according to Griffing diallel cross by 4 tomato strains with different light intensity sensitivity. The results showed that single plant yield SCA of combinations which had no common parents showed very significant difference in weak and normal light zone. A few common parents combinations showed significant difference in weak light zone. The narrow heritability of single plant yield of weal light zone and normal light zone in protected field was 76.49% and 76.93% respectively . The broad heritability was 76.49% and 53.82% respectively.
