摘  要:为对某教学楼进行增层改造,采用分离式套建增层结构.选用由角钢混凝土柱和内置H型钢预应力混凝土组合梁组成的新型框架结构型式,其施工阶段采用自承重现浇混凝土楼盖结构,详细给出了套建结构的设计与施工措施.结果表明,套建结构的设计合理,施工措施安全可靠.In order to meet the needs of development, outer-jacketing structure for adding story around existing building was adopted for the reconstruction of a school building. The angle-steel concrete column and the encased H-shape steel composite beam were used in the outer-jacketing frame. Self-supporting in-site concrete floor structure during construction was adopted. Design methods and construction techniques for this recon-struction project were introduced in detail. The results show that the design on the outer-jacketing structure is reasonable and construction techniques are reliable.
