摘 要:为保护大庆油田三元复合液中油管,以钛纳米改性聚合物为主要原料,研制了钛纳米改性聚合物重防腐涂料.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了钛纳米改性聚合物平均粒径.采用正交试验法,确定最佳原料配比.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了漆膜腐蚀.采用金相显微镜研究了钛纳米改性聚合物在漆膜中的分布.探讨了油管的腐蚀机理和钛纳米涂料的防护机理.实验结果表明:钛纳米含量为6%时,涂料具有最佳的防腐蚀效果,能很好的保护大庆油田三元复合液中的油管,并具有优异的抗化学药品介质的腐蚀性能.Taking the titanium nanometer modified polymer as the main raw material, the titanium nanometer modified anticorrosion coating was developed to protect the drill tubing dipped in polymer-bearing sewage in Daqing Oilfield. The average particle size of titanium nanometer modified polymer was studied through TEM. The best raw material proportion of coating was determined through orthogonal experiments. The coating corrosion was studied through SEM. The distribution of titanium nanometer modified polymer in coating was investigated, and the drill tubing corrosion mechanism and the titanium nanometer coating protection mechanism were discussed. The results indicate that the coating has the best corrosion prevention effect with the titanium nano- meter content of 6% , which can well protect the drill tubing dipped in polymer-bearing sewage in Daqing Oilfield, and finely bears the chemical reagent corrosion property.
