摘 要:目的研究酸性氧化电位水对白色念珠菌杀灭的影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对酸性氧化电位水杀灭白色念珠菌的影响因素进行了实验室观察。结果在清洁条件下,含有效氯为53.7 mg/L的酸性氧化电位水对白色念珠菌作用3 min或有效氯≥65.5 mg/L作用1 min,其杀灭对数值便可达4.67以上。在有机干扰物的条件下,含有效氯为65.5 mg/L的酸性氧化电位水对白色念珠菌作用1 min,菌液内含3 g/L干扰物组的杀灭对数值为1.31,含30 g/L干扰物组的杀灭对数值仅为0.22。随着pH值的升高和氧化还原电位值的下降,酸性氧化电位水杀菌效果降低。在高ACC时,在pH≤8的范围内,KL都约为5.86,受pH变化的影响不大。结论酸性氧化电位水对白色念珠菌具有很好的杀灭效果,且随有效氯的提高而增强;有机干扰物对酸性氧化电位水的杀菌效果有很强的抑制作用;EOW在酸性条件下的杀菌效果优于碱性条件;EOW的高杀菌效果是以ACC为主导、低pH及高ORP为重要促进的三者协同作用的结果。Objective To study the factors influencing efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) in killing Candida albicans. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the factors influencing efficacy of EOW in killing C. Albicans. Results In clean condition, the EOW containing available chlorine concentration (ACC) 53.7 mg/L with a contact time more than 3 min, or ACC ≥65.5 mg/L with a contact time 1 min killed C. albicans by a killing logarithm (KL) higher than 4.67. If organic interfering substance was added, the EOW containing ACC 65.5 mg/ L with a 1 min contact time killed C. albicans in suspension containing 3 g/L organic substance by KL value 1.31 and KL value 0.22 in suspension containing 30 g/L organic substance. The germicidal efficacy of EOW dropped with increasing pH and decreasing oxidation reduction potential (ORP). With high ACC, the germicidal efficacy of EOW was less affected by the change of pH while pH ≤ 8 and KL was approximate 5.86. Conclusions EOW has good efficacy in killing C. albicans , and the efficacy improved with increasing ACC. Interfering substance has strong suppressive effect on germicidal efficacy of EOW. The germicidal efficacy of EOW in acidic condition is higher than that in alkaline condition. Thus a conclusion is deduced that the germicidal efficacy of EOW is decided by a synergistic effect of three factors : leading by ACC, low pH and high ORP.
