摘 要:目的研究两种检测方法测得二氧化氯含量与其杀菌效果之间的关系,以评价测定方法的准确性。方法采用丙二酸碘量法与五步碘量法测定二氧化氯含量,采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行杀菌效果评价。结果以丙二酸碘量法测定为准,在4 d之内,随放置时间的延长,补加二氧化氯至初始浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果均呈下降趋势。以五步碘量法测定为准,在第4 d,补加二氧化氯至初始浓度,其对上述细菌的杀菌效果与初始浓度时无明显差别。结论用五步碘量法测得的二氧化氯浓度与杀菌效果之间呈对应关系,对二氧化氯的连续使用具有指导意义;而用丙二酸碘量法测得的含量与其杀菌效果不对应。Objective To study the relationship between the concentration of chlorine dioxide determined by two methods and germicidal efficacy in order to evaluate the veracity of measuring methods. Methods The concentration of chlorine dioxide was determined by propandioie acid - iodometry and five - step iodometry. The germicidal efficacy was evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test method. Results In 4 days, the killing rate of Staphyloccocus aureus, AspergiUus niger and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores descended along with prolonging depositing time although chlorine dioxide was added to the original concentration when the propandioic acid - iodometry was used. However, on the fourth day, the germicidal efficacy in killing the above - mentioned bacteria between the original concentration and after adding the chlorine dioxide to the original concentration had no significant difference when the five - step iodometry was use. Conclusions The concentration of chlorine dioxide determined by five - step iodometry was coincident with the germicidal efficacy, and was important when chlorine dioxide was used continuously. The concentration of chlorine dioxide determined by propandioic acid - iodometry was not exact.
