摘 要:目的了解内镜清洗消毒质量,比较不同清洗消毒方法效果。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对不同清洗消毒方法的效果进行了监测。结果共检测清洗消毒后内镜161份,平均总合格率为80.1%。以无酶清洗消毒程序处理的84份内镜,消毒效果合格率为73.8%。用多酶洗剂清洗消毒程序处理的77份内镜,消毒效果合格率为87%。共检出致病菌32株,居前4位的分别是鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌。结论病人使用后的内镜用多酶洗剂进行清洗,可获得更好的消毒效果。Objective To know the quality of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes in our hospital. Method The on -the- spot sampling and examination were used to monitor the efficacy of different cleaning and disinfection methods. Rssults 161 endoscopes after cleaning and disinfection were examined and the overall eligible rate was 80.1%. The disinfection eligible rate of 84 endoseopes treated with procedures of cleaning and disinfection without enzyme was 73.8%. The disinfection eligible rate of 77 endoscopes treated with procedures of cleaning and disiinfection with multiple enzymes was 87%. A total of 32 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected. Of these bacteria, the first four were Acinetobacter baumann, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Washing endoseopes after use with multiple enzyme detergent can improve disinfection efficacy.
