环氧乙烷灭菌对临床生物治疗细胞体外培养的影响

摘　　要：目的观察环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品对临床生物治疗细胞体外培养过程中的影响。方法采用细胞培养法,观察了环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品对几种细胞生长的影响。结果经环氧乙烷灭菌处理保存至1 d内和3个月的物品对细胞产生明显的损伤作用,6个月以上的物品对细胞生长的影响基本消失。结论环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品在灭菌后3个月之内其残留物对体外细胞培养会产生有害影响,建议将灭菌后物品保存至6个月以上再用于生物治疗。Objective To observe the influence of materials sterilized by ethylene oxide on cells cultivated in vitro for clinical biotherapy. Method The method of cell culture was used to observe the influence of ethylene oxide sterilized materials on several kinds of cells. Results Compared with the control group, the materials sterilized by ethylene oxide and conserved for less than one day and three months could damage cells. However, the damaging effects of the materials conserved for longer than six months on growing of cells almost disappeared. Conclusion Residues in ethylene oxide sterilized materials within three months after sterilization can bring harmful effects on cells cultivated in vitro. Therefore, it is suggested that materials should be conserved for longer than six months before used for biological treatment.
