摘  要:于1997年以2个粳稻和4个籼稻半矮秆品种作材料,对不同矮源苗期对GA3的反应进行了研究。结果表明:用不同浓度的GA3溶液处理水稻幼苗,各矮源的苗高都显著增长,与对照相比差异达极显著水平,但具不同矮秆基因的品种对GA3的反应不同,同样具有sd1矮秆基因的籼型矮源矮仔粘和粳型矮源黎明对GA3的反应也不一样,在一定的浓度下,随着GA3处理时间的延长,各矮源的苗高增长率呈现不同的变化规律;在籼稻品种中,处理4d后,半矮秆基因sd1对GA3反应的敏感性强于其它半矮秆基因;在粳稻中,处理7d前,对GA3反应敏感性强弱顺序为sd1>sds(t)。α淀粉酶诱导的研究表明:GA3对水稻胚乳α淀粉酶的诱导活性与水稻是否具有sd1基因无关。he response of various rice dwarf varieties, two japonica and four indica varieties, to gebberellic acid(GA3) at seedling stage were studied in 1997. The result indicated all varieties were sensitive to GA3 and the height of seedling were obviously increased, reaching significant level (0.1%) in comparison with CK. However, the response to GA3 were different among dwarf varieties with different semidwarf gene and the response to GA3 were also different between indicia variety (Aizizhan) and japonica variety (Reimei),although those bear the same semidwarf gene sd1, Under a certain range of GA3 level, the increasing rate of the seedling height in the dwarf varieties have shown different changes when prolonging GA3 treatment. After 4 days treatment the semidwarf gene sd1 in indicia varieties was much more sensitive to GA3 than other semidwarf genes. Within 7 days treatment the sensitivities of the semidwarf genes to GA3 in japonica varieties were in the other:sd1>sds(t). There was not any correlation found between the αamylase activity induced by GA3 in the deembryoed half seed and the dwarf rice varieties carrying sd1 gene or not.
