摘 要:水稻光敏不育临界日长(包括诱导败育临界日长SDx和完全不育临界日长LDx)值随环境温度而变化。当日平均气温由27.6℃下降至25.1℃时,农垦58s的LDx由13.8h增加到14.5h,每降温1℃约增加0.2h以上;参试农垦58s、N5088s和7001s在25.1℃的SDx约13.0h,LDx约14.5h;在23.6℃低温下栽培的同一光敏不育水稻的样本内个体的LDx值不一致。笔者就光敏不育临界日长值的选择方向问题进行了讨论。The fertility conversion controlled by photoperiods is a characteristic behaviour of the photoperiodic sensitive genic male sterile (PGMS) rice.Their estimated values of critical photoperiod,SDx—critical photoperiod keeping a nearly normal male fertility and LDx—critical photoperiod evoking a complete male sterility,both are susceptible to temperature levels and fluctuate.The LDx value increase from 13.8h to 14.5h along with a temperature (Tm.) decrease from 27.6℃ to 25.1℃ in Nongken58s.Its rate of changes was above 0.2h/1℃.It was at 25.1℃ that the values of SDx and LDx were about 13.0h and 14.5h respectively in Nongken58s,N5088s and 7001s.The individual records of LDx value at 23.6℃ were also variational in each sample of the 3 genic male sterile lines tested. A discussion was made on the favorable selection criterion concerning the critical photoperiod value in breeding.
