摘 要:由新的半矮秆品系RA73与其它4个不同株高的品种Lemont(半矮秆)、L202(次半矮秆)、Katy(次半矮秆)和Bond(高秆)组成一组完全双列杂交试验。于1994年和1995年对亲本、F1和F2进行中子辐射而得到的半矮秆品系RA73,控制其株高的基因,与半矮秆品种Lemont具有的sd—1半矮秆基因是不等位的。RA73与Lemont、L202和Katy杂交,其F2代的分离比为:9高秆:6半矮秆:1特矮秆或9高秆:3次半矮秆:3半矮秆:1特矮秆。在这些组合中存在两对不等位的独立的半矮秆基因。F1和F2出现高秆野生型植株,F2还出现新的双隐基因控制的特矮秆植株。L202或Katy具有显性次半矮秆基因,Lemont具隐性半矮秆基因。L202与Katy杂交,F2的株高为正态的数量性状连续分布,都具有相同的次半矮秆基因。高秆品种Bond与其它4个次半矮秆或半矮秆品种杂交,F2株高的分离比为:3高秆:1次半矮秆或半矮秆,表明由显隐性等位基因控制遗传。正交和反交的结果一致,存在的差异,主要是环境的影响,除主基因外,还存在微效多基因的修饰基因,但不是母性效应。The studies were conducted at Rice Research and Extension Center of University of Arkansas.Stuttgart, Arkansas, It was measured to the plant height of the P, F1 and F2 generations of a Complete DiallelCrosses for 5 parents, including semidwarf line RA73 and other 4 different height varieties Lemont, L202, Katyand Bond at maturity in 1994 and 1995. The chi-square test for goodness of fit to expected ratios was appliedto analyze the distributions of the F2 progenies. It was also recounted to the data of height for P, F1 and F2 generations of crosses RA73/Lemont and Lemont/RA73 in 1986 and in 1987. The results showed : the hew semidrarfgene of line RA73, a semi-dwarf mutation line derived from the Bonnet 73 treated with thermal neutrons, wasnot allelic to Sd- 1 semi-dwarf gene carried by semi-dwarf varieties Lemont. The segregation ratios of F2 progenies for plant height between RA73 and Lemont, L202 or Katy were 9 : 6: 1 or 9: 3: 3: 1. There were twopairs of non-allelic independent semi-dwarf genes in RA73 and Lemont, L202 or Katy. The high original wildtype plants were present in F1 and F2 progenies, and the new short dwarf plants which were controlled by two semi-dwarf genes presented in F2 progenies. The distribution of the F2 plant height from crosses between L202 andKaty were normal, indicating that the genes controlling height in these parents might be allele. The crosses inwhich L202 or Katy was mated to Lemont had a segregation ratios of 3: 1 in the F2, indicating that plant heightconferred by the allelic dominant-recessvive genes. The high plant variety Bond had allelic dominant gene tothat of other 4 semi-dwarf varieties or line, because the segregation ratios of F2 in crosses and their reciprocalsfor height were 3: 1. It was not possible for the maternal effect controlling plant height. It was possible thatthe environment affected the dwarf rice growing besides the major genes governing the plant height.
