摘 要:为了快速建立面向离散型生产系统的仿真模型以及提高模型的可维护性、可扩展性,提出了数据驱动与模块化控制模型相结合的仿真建模方法。该方法将仿真建模过程划分为设计阶段和开发阶段,在设计阶段,利用IDEF0和IDEF1X建模方法构建模型的底层数据结构;在开发阶段,建立各种模块化模型模板,并构建模型生成器,模型生成器利用底层数据结构提供的属性信息,自动对模型化模型模板进行实例化,快速构建面向具体应用对象的仿真模型。最后以某研究所的机加车间为例,验证了该方法的有效性。To build simulation model for the discrete production system rapidly and improve the maintainability and extensibility of the model, a new approach based on data-driven and modular control model was proposed. The process of simulation modeling was divided into two stages: design stage and development stage. At the first stage, the modeling approach of IDEF0 and IDEF1X was used to construct the data structure of simulation model. At the second stage, modular model templates were built. Model generator used the attribute values in the data structure of the simulation model to instantiate these modular model templates and the simulation model for given applied object was built rapidly. The validity of the approach is proved by its application in machine shop in a research institution.
