摘 要:采用合成单宁对锦纶纤维进行预处理,探讨了预处理温度、解吸浴pH值和解吸温度、解吸浴中助剂以及锦纶热定形温度对锦纶上合成单宁解吸性能的影响。结果表明,合成单宁预处理温度和锦纶热定形温度升高,均使得合成单宁在纤维内的扩散程度增加,故在后续的应用条件下不易发生解吸;合成单宁在酸性条件下的解吸率最低,中性条件下稍高,碱性条件下最高;其在90℃的解吸率高于60℃的解吸率;阴离子型、非离子型和弱阳离子型助剂对合成单宁的解吸有促进作用,而阳离子型助剂略有抑制作用。Pretreatment of nylon was carried out with syntan. The factors affecting desorption properties of syntan absorbed by polyamide fibers were investigated, such as pretreatment temperature, pH value of the desoption bath, desorption temperature, auxiliaries in the desorption bath and heat setting temperature. The results showed that, the extent of syntan desorption decreased with the increase in temperature and heat setting of polyamide fibers, which was induced by the greater extent of syntan diffusion into fiber interior. It was also found that syntan desorption was very low under acidic condition but very high under alkaline condition; and the desorption was higher under 90℃ than under 60℃; anionic, non-ionic and weakly cationic auxiliaries enhanced the desorption of syntan, while cationic auxiliaries restrained the desorption mildly.
