摘　　要：为保证大规模网络视频监控系统能够稳定、可靠地运行,设计了大规模视频监控系统的网络管理子系统。介绍了网络管理子系统在大规模视频监控业务服务系统中的作用,并提出了用于管理大规模视频监控系统的特定管理信息集,分别阐述了基于简单网络管理协议(SNMP)的视频监控系统网络管理站和网络管理代理的设计和实现,在中国下一代互联网示范项目(CNGI)网络上提供了该系统的示范应用,证明了该方案的可行性。To make sure that the large scale video surveillance system （VSS） can work stably and reliably, a network management subsystem is designed and implemented. Network management subsystem is used to manage and control all the devices in VSS. A management information base （MIB） set to support the management tasks is presented and the design and implementation of network management station and network management agent are described separately based on simple network management protocol （SNMP）. Besides, a demonstration of CNGI is offered to show the feasibility of the solution.
