摘　　要：为了提高医疗质量并降低医疗成本,临床路径作为一种即能贯彻关键质量管理原则又能节约资源的标准化治疗模式已被世界许多医院所采用。提出了一种基于组织符号学与Agent的医院临床路径建模与仿真的方法,采用组织符号学的方法抽取并表示临床路径知识并结合基于规范的Agent模型实现自适应临床路径流程的生成,最后给出了基于规范的agent生成自适应临床路径流程实现框架及仿真平台框架。应用个性化、自适应临床路径对应的相应治疗方案,能达到提高医疗质量并降低医疗成本的目的。Clinical pathways （CP） are widely adopted by many large hospitals around the world in order to provide high-quality patient treatment and reduce the length and cost of hospital stay. However, nowadays most of them are static and non-adaptive. A method for modelling and simulation of clinical pathway based on agent model using organizational semiotics methods is proposed. Our objective is to capture and represent clinical pathway knowledge using organizational semiotics methods, and a norm based on agent model is proposed. Finally, the simualtion system architecture is established for implementation of the agent model, our researches make a contribution to improve management level and optimize workflow in hospital with the aim of enhancing the quality of medical treatment while reducing its charges.
