摘 要:采用单向PBO纤维片材对混凝土试件进行了层状增强试验研究。采用三点弯曲试验测试了纤维体积含量对试件弯曲性能的影响,结合数码扫描技术分析了试件断裂形式。结果表明,PBO纤维片材的加入显著提高了混凝土的弯曲强度,并且混凝土弯曲强度随着纤维体积含量的增加而增加,纤维增强混凝土结构中纤维体积含量达到1.35%时的弯曲强度为素混凝土的3.6倍,混凝土的破坏形式由素混凝土的脆性断裂改变为韧性断裂。The unidirectional PBO fiber sheets are layered on the concrete to strengthen the flexural properties. The bending performance of the reinforced concrete with different fiber volume content using three-point bending experiment has been studied. And a digital scanning technology has been used for investigation destruction feature of the concrete. The results show that the flexural strength of the concrete has been significantly improved by PBO fiber sheets, and flexural strength of the concrete becomes higher and higher as raising the fiber volume fraction. When the fiber volume content is 1.35%, the bending strength of the concrete is about 3.6 times compared with the plain one. The destruction of the concrete changes from the brittle fracture of plain concrete to the toughness fracture.
