恩再适治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察恩再适治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法用恩再适治疗30例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者,设30例常规采用维生素B12治疗的患者作对照组。发现恩再适可以不同程度地减轻患者的肢体麻木、疼痛、发凉等临床症状,自主神经功能障碍也有所改善。结果在治疗过程中,没有明显副作用及不良反应,是安全有效的。结论恩再适是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种有效药物。Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with analgecine. Method Treatment 30 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with analgecine, other 30 cases of conventional therapy used in patients with vitamin B12 for the control group. Analgecine can be found to reduce the patient＇s limb numbness, pain, cold clinical symptoms, autonomic nerve dysfunction also improved. Result In the course of treatment, analgeeine have no significant side effects and adverse reactions, it is an safe and effective drug. Conclusion Analgecine is an effective drug to treat of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
