摘　　要：目的建立流动注射化学发光快速测定鸡蛋中四环素残留量的方法。方法在酸性介质中，高锰酸钾能氧化四环素产生化学发光，而甲醛能够显著增强该体系的发光强度。据此建立了一种简单快速测定四环素的流动注射化学发光新方法。结果在最佳实验条件下，本法测定四环素的线性范围为0～60．0μg／ml，检出限为0．28μg／ml，对20．0μg／mL四环素标准液进行11次平行测定，其相对标准偏差为1．3％。结论将本法用于鸡蛋中四环素的残留量测定，结果令人满意，方法重复性好，灵敏度高。Objective To establish a rapid flow injection chemiluminescence（CL） of tetracycline residues in eggs. Methods The method based on the CL-emitting reaction between tetracycline and potassium permanganate in a hydrochloric acid medium, enhanced by formaldehyde （HCHO）. The optimized experimental conditions were evaluated and the possible mechanism was discussed. Results Under optimum conditions, calibration curve over the range of 0 60.01μg/ml was obtained. The detection limit of this method was 0.281μg/ml. The relative standard deviation was 1.3% for 20. 0μg/ml tetracycline. Conclusion The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of tetracycline residues in eggs with no evidence of interference from common excipients.
