摘　　要：在分析黑龙江省农业产业化融资存在问题及形成原因的基础上,提出建立政府投资与政策性金融机构融资的长效机制;完善农业信贷;允许农民多种形式流转土地承包权;发展农业政策性保险以及拓宽资本市场股权融资等解决农业产业化融资困境的对策。Based on the analysis of financing problems of agriculture industrialization of Heilongjiang. Province and their causes,this text bring up some decision-making options to solve the plight of the financing of agriculture industrialization：to establish a long-term mechanism of government investment and policy-oriented financial institutions in financing;to improve the agricultural credit;to allow farmers the right to the land contract circulation in various forms;to develop agricultural insurance policy, to broad the equity financing on capital markets and so on.
